We provide an educational program as well as “hands-on” water quality testing activities.

Tours are available by request from May through September for:

  • Town boards
  • School classes – Newfound Region HS, Newfound Memorial Middle School)
  • Camps – Onaway, Circle Program
  • Organizations – Audubon, Pasquaney Garden Club
  • B & B visitors
  • ….. Anyone really!


Free Tours* are open to the public and sponsored on a regular schedule in the summer months, departing from the Wellington Beach Ducks Nest picnic area. A small parking fee is required in support of the Wellington Beach State Park, and reservations are required. Call the office at 603-744-8689. Schedules will be posted here in the summer months. Groups must have between 6 – 10 guests for the boat to launch.
